I am in a band and would like to be considered by The Fossil Dungeon.
We're always looking for more artists to work with. Please contact us and provide us with a link to a page where we can listen to your music.
I write for a magazine and would be interested in hearing some of your full releases and/or featuring an artist, how can I get promotional materials?
Due to the limited nature of our physical releases, we encourage you to preview our releases in our digital music store.
What warranties do you offer with the purchase of your artifacts?
We warranty the authenticity and condition of each artifact in our catalog. We have taken care to showcase our artifacts in their true form through description and photos. When available, we have included provenance details for our artifacts. If you receive your artifact and are unsatisfied, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us prior to returning any artefact. These conditions do not apply to our music product, but if you should happen to experience a defect with our product, please let us know and we will gladly replace it, free of charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The Fossil Dungeon accepts all major Credit Cards and orders through PayPal. To order with PayPal you need to have a credit card or checking account. If you don't have a credit card you can send us an electronic check with PayPal through your bank account. PayPal is a free service that is simply amazing, to read and learn more about PayPal please check out: www.paypal.com.
Is PayPal safe?
We have never had any problems with PayPal. It is a secure website, and also never reveals your credit card number to the person you are sending money to. So if you order from The Fossil Dungeon, we will NEVER see your credit card number.
I have placed my order on the website, now what?
When you place your order on the website we receive an email telling us that the order has been placed. Orders are shipped one or two business days after they are received.
What shipping method to you use to ship orders?
All orders are shipped by first class mail by the United States Postal Service. All foreign orders are shipped by airmail. On orders for artifacts we include tracking to ensure their arrival.
Do the prices on the website include postage?
Postage is added in your shopping cart during the check-out process.
I live in a foreign country can I still order off of the website?
Yes, you can order with a credit card or PayPal anywhere in the world. Please note, however, that shipping rates to overseas locations are substantially greater than our domestic rates.

For foreign orders, please be aware that we declare a "0" value to help prevent customs problems. If ordering an artifact, we can include a value or insurance, if you wish.
